Easy Popcorn Balls Recipe:

1 packet of microwave popcorn
170ml (2/3 c.) syrup
170ml (2/3 c.) granulated sugar
½ tsp. salt

Combine the syrup, sugar and salt in a large pot and heat on medium heat while stirring until dissolved. Add ½ tsp. colouring if you prefer coloured balls. Add the microwave popcorn (already popped) to the syrup mixture and stir until completely covered in syrup. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture becomes very sticky. Shape popcorn balls in your clean hands and cool. Enjoy!
